Phil has been licensed since 1968. He was instrumental in opening the Worthington office with Campbell Taylor and purchased the company from Mr. Taylor in 1997. Phil has made a commitment for the Cam Taylor Co.’s dedication to and active participation in the business of corporate relocation.
Phil is a Charter designee of the C.R.P. and continually supports the local, regional, national and international efforts for the relocation specialty.Since graduating from The Ohio State University in 1968, Phil has been actively involved in the Columbus Board of Realtors®. He is a Charter member of the 25 Million Dollar Club and has been Realtor of the Year. Phil helped develop the Leadership Worthington and Partners for Citizenship and Character programs is a member of the Dublin-Worthington Rotary Club and has served on the Worthington Educational Foundation as well as numerous other volunteer organizations. Phil and wife Carol are active members of the Worthington Presbyterian Church.
Judy Gray, CRP, RCC, Global Relocation Director Judy has been in the relocation industry for 23 years. She has been a licensed sales associate since 1987 and she earned her CRP designation in 1998.
Judy is the current Chairman of the Board of the Relocation Directors Council®, an international organization comprised of brokers and relocation directors representing all network affiliations. She was President of RDC in 2009. In addition, she chaired RDC’s Mentor Program and planned and executed a national meeting. She currently serves as Chairman of RDC’s Strategic Planning Committee.
As a member of the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, Cam Taylor Co. has won numerous industry awards. One of only 35 companies, they hold the RQC (RELO Quality Certification) designation, the highest award given to a Leading RE company upon completing stringent criteria. Her company was awarded the 2005, 2006, 2007,2008 and 2009 “Crown of Excellence” the highest network award given annually to each of seven category companies.
She has served on Leading RE’s Advisory Council and was recently elected to a three year term on Leading RE’s, RDI Strategy Council. She has served on the Relocation Council of Central Ohio’s Board of Directors, the Great Lakes Relocation Council Planning Committee, Worthington Chamber of Commerce Board of Trustees, Leadership Worthington Board of Trustees, and a Deacon & Elder of the Worthington Presbyterian Church.
Dawn Tolan, Corporate Relocation Manager, Cam Taylor Co. Realtors®, has been in the relocation business for 6 years. She has been licensed since 2003. Her relocation responsibilities include: the management of corporate referral agreements, serving as property manager for pre-inventory and inventory properties, management of vendors for repairs/improvements, market corporate homes and in-house training of relocation specialists.
