My name is Rachel Kubic. I grew up near Clintonville and graduated from Bishop Watterson High School. I am married with 4 children and currently live in Worthington, OH.

Hobbies: When I am not working I like to play in a Euchre club and enjoy boating with my family and friends at Indian Lake!
Why did I want to become a realtor: At a closing for our home; the title company owner asked if I had ever thought about becoming a Real Estate Agent. This comment got me thinking that I really wanted to turn my interest and constant scrolling through Real Estate for sale WebSites into a profession. I want to help others like me make the home buying process better and even FUN!
I feel like when you are buying a house, it’s more than that. You are buying a place to make a home; where you will create a lifetime of memories. If you are lucky like me; your neighbors just might become some of your best friends. They end up sharing in all of your life’s joys and sorrows; people who are there for you when you need them, vacation with or need to borrow their electric drill or a cup of sugar 🙂
Purchasing a home is one of the most exciting and wonderful experiences a person can have. You shouldn’t want to pull your hair out over it. You should have a trustworthy Real Estate Agent to have your back, be creative and help you understand the process to make it as smooth and pain-free as possible, that is where I come in. I will work hard to earn your business, your trust and even your friendship!
